Katy Dobbins, M.Ed.

Katy leads Strategic Planning and Evaluation at Hansra Consulting and Advisory Services. In her role, she supports clients to establish clear goals and evaluate the implementation and impact of the Conscious Culture Framework. Katy offers a practical and data-driven approach for leaders and organizations who want to align meaningful measurement to strategy. With extensive experience in community-based research and evaluation, Katy built her career in learning and evaluation departments at major not-for-profit organizations in the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining Hansra Consulting, Katy served as the Director of Measurement & Evaluation at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and in multiple roles at the national office of the YMCA and at Thresholds. Within these roles, Katy led initiatives to support organizational learning, measure mission impact, and to procure and sustain funding from private and public institutions.
